Hydraulic oils

All TIGROL hydraulic oils have good lubricating
properties, high resistance to ageing and high wetting and adhesion properties.
For use in hydraulic systems, it is important that
hydraulic oils are compatible with seals and free from resins and acids.
Other features include low temperature influence
on viscosity, low compressibility, good shear
stability and low foaming.

TIGROL HYD HLP

Product information

Hydraulic oils based on carefully selected base oils with high oxidation stability and excellent wear protection.

Application: Fully usable in all hydraulic systems (HLP or HL). Suitable for circulating oil, vacuum pumps and general machine lubrication (except for turbines).

Product information

Multi-grade hydraulic oils based on carefully selected base oils with a high viscosity index.

Application: Heavily-loaded industrial hydraulic systems, earthmovers and agricultural machinery,particularly at highly fluctuating operating temperatures. Highly resistant to the formation of deposits, as well as to wear, oxidation and corrosion.

mineral oil with high oxidation stability
and excellent wear protection.

TIGROL HYD BIO HEES

Product information

Hydraulic systems with high thermal stresses. Hydraulic equipment in which pollution caused by condensation is expected.
Particularly suitable for the lubrication of rolling plants which require metal-free hydraulic oils due to ecological reasons.

Application: Excellent for heavily loaded
hydraulic systems that are put under high pressures and required to work in a wide temperature range. This hydraulic oil has been specially developed for use in biologically critical environments (for example, water protection areas).

TIGROL HYD BIO HETG

Product information

Hydraulic oil based on readily
biodegradable vegetable oil. It includes a powerful, environmentally friendly
additive combination with excellent properties in terms of oxidation stability,
corrosion, cryogenic and EP behaviour.

Application: In the case of an existing
risk of expiring hydraulic fluid entering groundwater or wastewater, such as in the areas of agriculture, forestry or construction.
